Terms of service.

To ensure the smooth operation of our business and to accommodate other clients, we have implemented the folowing cancelLation policy:

SUPERVISON - You are required to supervise your own children during play sessions.

ALLERGIES - Please take care when opening food and ensure any leftovers and packaging is discarded or taken with you for the instance someone may have allergies. We do not consider ourselves to be an allergy free environment and have no control over food products brought onto the premises. If you or your child has allergies, please carefully consider or contact us before booking as it is the clients responsibility for their own children if a reaction occurs.

REFUND/CANCELLATIONS - Refunds or cancellations are not possible as planning for individual children has been considered upon booking. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed classes or change of mind. In case of cancellation or no-show, the payment made for the class will be forfeited.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for rescheduling.

REscheduling -

If you need to reschedule your class, please provide us with a minimum of 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be accommodated. Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability and if this booking is cancelled, the payment will be forfeited.

We appreciate your understanding as our policies aim to provide quality sessions and fairness for all participants.

SOCIAL MEDIA/PHOTOGRAPHY - We want all participants to feel comfortable and value everyone’s privacy. Please ask permission to have other people/children in your photos and consider caution when capturing your own experience. Your host at Wonder Nation may take photos/videos of engaged experiences to share on our website and social media. If you do not consent to photography, please let us know in the booking process or before the session so we can ensure your privacy for the experience.
